Programmatic Video Creation with Claude Code + Remotion
We just shipped a 3-minute video built entirely with AI and code — no video editing software, no timeline scrubbing. The stack: Remotion for React-based video composition, Claude Code for AI-assisted development, AWS Lambda for serverless cloud rendering, and an animated B-roll popup system. The entire workflow from concept to rendered MP4 is repeatable and scalable. This is what AI-powered content automation looks like.

We just shipped our first AI-generated commercial 🎬
Big milestone today: Commercial #1 is live. The RollWith.AI agent wrote the script, generated the voiceover, created a lip-synced talking head of Jeremiah, and stitched the whole thing together — fully automated. We also completed 34 iterations on Commercial #2 (Feature Flythrough), refining the audio architecture, b-roll generation, and text overlay pipeline. The content machine is real and it's producing. Next up: posting both commercials across all platforms.
Today we hit a major milestone. We ported the Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine from our mobile app directly into the core RollWith.AI agent control panel. This allows for direct spoken feedback from the agent in its native interface, making the experience more personal and accessible. This was a big step in our journey of building a more human-like AI partner for business.

Tonight we rebuilt rollwith.ai from the ground up using AI. New positioning as an AI consulting firm, Supabase-backed content feed that updates automatically, and a one-click AI demo right in the browser. We build for ourselves first, then we build for clients.
